Come by and join us for 3 FREE classes, nothing we say will make much sense until you do it. If you don’t like it, all it cost you was 60 minutes of your time and at the very least, you will get a great workout. However, if you don’t try it, you could be missing an opportunity that could be life changing.

Let our in-house Biokineticist track your body composition periodically, and measure the progression of your fitness and strength with our variety of benchmark workouts which will cover the ten recognized fitness domains, namely cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

Have Your Best at Heart
Bert, Melanie and Riekie want to welcome you to the BMCF community! They are a dynamic team full of passion and drive for the sport of CrossFit, and love helping people succeed and reach their fitness goals. For all three of them, CrossFit was love at first WOD!
Bert is the owner of BMCF and loves being active in all kinds of sport. He started his sport career in cycling, then he took on trail running and in 2017 he fell in love with CrossFit.
Melanie is the boss man’s wife and mom of their 2 kiddos. She is a Registered Biokineticist and coach of the Barbellas and Legends classes. Her activities of choice are CrossFit and running.
Riekie is our Head Coach and has a CrossFit Level 1 certification. She eats, sleeps and breathes CrossFit! Being a CrossFit coach was her big dream, and now she’s living her dream and is able to share her love and passion with all the members. She’s always keen to learn and loves to stay updated with the latest developments in CrossFit training.
That works for you
CrossFit classes are always hosted by a qualified coach and are kept small to focus on technique and proper form.
All fitness levels are welcome as the CrossFit methodology allows adjustment for every person’s abilities.
We have a mobile app where you book your classes.
These classes are “ladies only” classes and are a lighter version of CrossFit.
They work just as hard as the normal CrossFit classes but rumor is these classes have the most fun!
These classes are for members aged 60+.
The focus here is on functional training, stretches, balance, stability, mobility and cardiovascular fitness.
These classes are hosted by a registered biokineticist.
CrossFit is popular among all ages, as it can be amended to fit the needs of each person depending on their physical condition and skill level, therefore children are welcome.
It improves emotional well-being, fitness and friendship. The perfect platform to teach your children drive, discipline, respect, motivation and perseverance.
We are fully equipped to offer an open gym to members that wish to do extra work or just do their own thing in a premium facility.
