You’ve already taken some time to read what we are about. We’ve explained how the CrossFit can produce remarkable results and is scalable to suit all fitness levels and ages. Maybe you’re just not sure you believe it, or not sure you will “fit in” once you get to our gym. That’s perfectly understandable, and you are not the only one who has felt that way.
Come by and join us for a FREE class, nothing we say will make much sense until you do it. If you don’t like it, all it cost you was 60 minutes of your time and at the very least, you will get a great workout. However, if you don’t try it, you could be missing an opportunity that could be life changing.

Workout Classes
That works for you
CrossFit
CrossFit classes are always hosted by a qualified coach and are kept small to focus on technique and proper form.
All fitness levels are welcome as the CrossFit methodology allows adjustment for every person’s abilities.
We have a mobile app where you book your classes.
Legends
These classes are for members aged 60+.
The focus here is on functional training, stretches, balance, strength, stability, mobility and cardiovascular fitness.
These classes are hosted by a registered biokineticist.
Open Gym
Members that wish to do extra work or just do their own thing, can use our premium facilities during open gym slots.
